• Planning inputs: the home type, rooms, risk points and any photos you choose to provide to generate a plan.
• Billing data: subscription status and limited payment metadata processed by our payment provider (we do not store full card numbers).
• Technical data: device, log and usage data to keep the service secure and reliable.

We use data to generate planning outputs, operate and secure the service, process subscriptions, respond to enquiries and meet legal obligations. Planning inputs are used to produce your informational plan and are not used to diagnose real faults or to make safety guarantees.

We process data on the bases of contract (to deliver the service), consent (e.g. marketing and the contact/early-access forms), legitimate interests (security and service improvement) and legal obligation. You may withdraw consent at any time.

You can request access, correction, deletion, portability and restriction of your data, and object to certain processing.
