1. What you are buying
Milenplumb plans are online-only digital subscriptions that provide access to leak-defense planning tools and documents. There is no physical product, on-site service, repair or installation. All prices are in USD.
2. Cancellation
You may cancel at any time from your account. Cancellation stops future renewals; your plan and remaining credits stay available until the end of the current billing period. After that, the plan does not renew and you are not charged again.
3. Refunds
Because plans, risk maps and PDF exports are digital goods delivered immediately, subscription fees already charged are generally non-refundable, including for partially used billing periods or unused credits.
We may, at our discretion, issue a refund where: a duplicate charge occurred; a verified technical fault prevented you from using the service and we could not resolve it; or a refund is required by applicable consumer law (including certain rights for EU/UK and California consumers).
4. How to request
Email support@milenplumb.shop from your account address within 14 days of the charge, with your invoice reference and the reason. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.
5. Statutory rights & governing law
Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable statutory rights you may have. This policy is governed by the laws of Florida, USA.
